About Our Services

Fast & Cool Technical Services provides professional HVAC and technical services for residential and commercial customers in the UAE. Our services may include:

• AC Repair
• AC Installation
• AC Coil Cleaning
• AC Duct Cleaning
• AC Ducting Installation
• AMC Maintenance Contracts services

The availability of specific services may depend on the customer's location, equipment, technical requirements, and service conditions.

Service Requests and Appointments

When you request a service through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel, the request is subject to availability and confirmation by Fast & Cool Technical Services.

Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, emergency service requests, technician availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary. Where reasonably possible, we will inform the customer in advance.

Service Quotes and Pricing

Any price or quotation provided by Fast & Cool Technical Services may be based on the information available at the time of the quotation.

A final price may vary if, after inspection, additional work, replacement parts, materials, or repairs are found to be necessary.

Where additional work is required, we may inform the customer before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Prices may also vary depending on the type of equipment, extent of damage, required materials, spare parts, accessibility, and complexity of the work.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property, AC system, equipment, and requested service. Customers must provide our technicians with reasonable access to the equipment and work area at the scheduled appointment time. The customer should also ensure that the work area is reasonably safe and accessible. Fast & Cool Technical Services is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Repairs and Replacement Parts

Some AC or technical problems may only become apparent after inspection or during the repair process. If replacement parts or additional materials are required, the customer may be responsible for the additional cost unless otherwise agreed in writing. Replacement parts may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty or the supplier's applicable terms.

Service Warranty

Where a specific warranty is provided for a service or replacement part, the warranty will apply according to the terms communicated to the customer. A service warranty does not necessarily cover:

• New damage caused after the service
• Misuse or improper operation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by external factors
• Electrical or environmental problems unrelated to the completed service
• Problems caused by other equipment or components

Warranty coverage may require inspection by Fast & Cool Technical Services before any warranty work is approved.

AMC Maintenance Contracts

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services are subject to the specific terms, service frequency, inclusions, exclusions, and duration agreed upon with the customer. An AMC does not automatically include replacement of major components, spare parts, refrigerant, or additional repair work unless specifically included in the contract. The terms of an individual AMC agreement will take priority where they differ from these general Terms & Conditions.

Emergency Services

We may provide emergency AC and technical services depending on technician availability and location. Emergency service requests may be subject to different service charges, response times, or availability. A request for emergency service does not guarantee an immediate response where circumstances such as high demand, traffic, weather, safety concerns, or technician availability prevent immediate attendance.

Payments

Customers are responsible for paying the agreed service charges and any approved additional costs. Payment terms may vary depending on the type of service or contract. Where applicable, payment may be required upon completion of the service unless different payment terms have been agreed in advance. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of further services or other reasonable actions available under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Fast & Cool Technical Services will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website or services. We are also not responsible for failures or damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, utility failures, building-related issues, pre-existing equipment defects, or unauthorized modifications. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, emergencies, transportation disruptions, utility failures, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

Privacy

Any personal information submitted through our website or service requests will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers should review our Privacy Policy to understand how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected.

Changes to These Terms

Fast & Cool Technical Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities and courts of the UAE, subject to applicable law.
